Shipping and Returns

DELIVERY
When an item(s) is in stock, and ordered before 1pm, Malcolm’s Towbar Services will endeavour to have your product delivered the next working day. When the item(s) is in stock, and ordered after 1pm, the product will be dispatched the following day. When item is out of stock, it will be ordered from the supplier within next 3 working days, and once in stock it will be dispatched under the same conditions listed above. Working days are Monday to Friday excluding public holidays. Orders placed on Saturday/Sunday will be deemed as being placed on the following Monday. All goods are physically checked by our staff prior to dispatch. Unfortunately, we are unable to accept orders for delivery from outside the Republic of Ireland or to islands surrounding the coast of Ireland.
While Malcolm’s Towbar Services will endeavour to meet our delivery estimates, delivery between these time frames cannot be guaranteed and we will not accept responsibility if your order is delivered outside the estimated delivery time.

RETURNS AND REFUNDS
If you have bought an item(s) online at malcolms.ie and would like to return it,

1. You can return your item(s) to our store in Rathcoole with your actual ‘Receipt’ and ‘Credit/Debit Card’ used. You must have these items for a refund.
2. Alternatively, if you received your online delivery from an external parcel delivery company, you can contact our sales team at info@malcolms.ie
 or (01) 4975713 and we will arrange a collection. 

Please note, when applicable, the ‘delivery charge’ will be refunded. You will only be refunded your ‘delivery cost’ if the return is because of our error.

Malcolm’s Towbar Services are happy to accept any ‘online product’ return if it is in its original condition and packaging is re-saleable within 30 days of purchase. Replacement products will be charged (including delivery) until the returned product has been received in a re-saleable condition. You will only be refunded your delivery cost if the return is because of our error (e.g. faulty product or incorrectly shipped). If we agree to provide you with a refund, we will credit your credit card account within 30 days of receipt of the returned product.  Your statutory rights are not affected.
Please note: If you are returning a faulty item within warranty with a receipt, then you may be entitled to a repair. If it can’t be repaired, you may be offered a replacement and if it can’t be replaced you may be offered a refund. With the nature of any faults, each case will be dealt with on an individual basis.
